Q: How long will it take to get it done?

A: We can turn around most work within 24 hours, depending on the project.

Q: How many pages do you type an hour?

A: On average, it takes about one hour to type six (6) pages. This can change based on the quality of the recording that we receive.

Q: How do I get the recording/work to you?

A: If it's a digital recording you can send it to us by e-mail. If it's a physical recording, a messenger can be dispatched for pick up and delivery. For our local clients, you're always welcome to come in and drop it off yourself during business hours.

Q: "How do I get my finished work?"

A: We can return your finished work to you digitally by e-mail, or by USPS. If you need it quickly we can schedule a messenger, send it by Express mail, or you're welcome to arrange for pick up.

Q: Is there a preferred media?

A: Digital recordings work best. More than one person can work on them, and we can get them quicker, which means we get them done and your work back to you sooner.
